- If you don't know if your email address is in our system, enter your email address here and check against our records
- Your username may be incorrect. The username you chose when signing up will direct people to your personal website (www.mymangosteen.com/username)
2. You are not a member of the MyMangosteen.com Organization.
- If you are a XanGo distributor, but did not sign up from this website, you may not be in the MyMangosteen.com distributor organization. Please contact your XanGo sponsor immediately to request more information
3. You may be typing your password incorrectly or you may have forgotten your password.
4. Your security settings may be set too high or you may not be accepting "cookies" on your computer.
- In order to log in to your Back Office you will need to allow cookies be set for your web browser.
- Follow these simple instructions to accept cookies from MyMangosteen.com:

If you are using a Windows machine, here are the steps to allow cookies.
1. Click "Tools" in the top menu of your web browser
2. Click "Internet Options"
3. Click "Privacy"
4. Click "Edit"
5. Type in mymangosteen.com
6. Click "Allow"
7. Click "Ok"
8. Click "Ok"
