Your XANGO Executive Team
When choosing a company for your home-based business or products, it is not only important to choose a company with a superior product, but you also want to find a company with a one-of-a-kind executive team working to make sure you get superior service, quality and expertise. You also want to know that commission payments to distributors and customers have never, ever been missed. Especially when they pay a full 50% of commissionable volume back to the distributor network.
The people at the helm need to be full of integrity, experience, and drive to take your company to the very top. With XANGO, that is exactly what you get.
Any one of the founder members of XANGO, LLC could run a successful company on their own. All six of them combined are running one of the most successful health and wellness companies that has ever existed.
Their combination of experience, vision, product focus, business acumen and communications savvy has driven XANGO to rank among the fastest-growing global brands in the marketplace, giving you the peace of mind that your investment of time and talent will be rewarded for decades to come.
Aaron simultaneously earned an MBA and a Juris Doctorate while leading the marketing efforts for a large multi-national health and nutrition company. Prior to XANGO, he implemented hundreds of successful product launches with many reaching millions of dollars in annual sales.
Unwilling to take a conventional path, Aaron and his partners founded XANGO in 2002, watching the company dramatically skyrocket to the upper atmosphere of the direct sales industry. As CEO, Aaron led the expansion of the company's operations into nearly 30 international markets.
As a result of XANGO's remarkable success, Aaron has been featured as one of Utah's Top 40 Under Forty executives in Utah Business magazine, and, along with XANGO board member Gary Hollister, won the prestigious 2006 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In March 2008, he was named CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine.
Aaron currently sits on the CEO council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA) as well as the board of directors of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). He is actively involved on the board of directors for the Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce.
Joe began his career with network marketing companies back in 1995, though he has been around the industry for most of his life. He has developed a deep love for nutritional supplements as part of his upbringing and he absolutely enjoys being a part of the Direct Sales industry.
Joe has been named one of Utah Business's 40 Under Forty and, more recently, topped the list as the magazine's fittest executive under 50 in the state of Utah.
One of six founders, Joe could largely be considered an international businessman—he has had the opportunity to work (and, in some cases, live) in various parts of the globe, namely Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Korea and Japan.
For more than three decades, Beverly Hollister has passionately pursued health and wellness, successfully producing and marketing several best-selling brands in the direct sales industry. The pinnacle of her pursuit is XANGO's latest category creator: Glimpse™ Intuitive Skin Care.
Through Beverly's leadership, XANGO is changing the personal care industry with a conscious focus on a clean, safe and high-performing mangosteen-based personal care brand that is free of the harmful toxins and chemicals found in most leading brands.
When she's not launching major brands, Beverly devotes her time to work with the women of XANGO to help them succeed. Hollister is also committed to the business community as a member of the American Management Association, the National Association for Female Executives, Lexington Who's Who, and Cosmetic Executive Women. For her efforts, she has been recognized, most recently in Utah Business Magazine as a Woman to Watch.

CEO from XANGO's launch in 2002 to 2006 and most recently serving as Board Chairman Emeritus, Hollister is one of XANGO, LLCs six founding members. Under his leadership the company has achieved more than a billion dollars in cumulative sales. As Chairman Emeritus, Hollister is traveling extensively to support XANGO distributors and help fulfill XANGO's aggressive global growth strategy. In a span of five years, he helped engineer sales going from $60 million to $250 million and doubled the number of franchises.
